Please Note: ALL FEES INCURRED ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. All credit card payments and paypal payments will incur a 3% surcharge fee. Wire transfers will incur an extra $30 surcharge fee. 1. First initial installment of 50% is required before we begin any project.  This fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.

2. Once your deposit has been made, we will contact you by email and provide you with a login and password to access your private storage bin on our server. Please add " This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it " to your safe list or check your bulk email folder.

3. Read through our email carefully and do not lose it.  This will contain your password and login information.  Follow the instructions on how to access your private storage bin and upload your files and/or content.

4. We will review your files and we will either call you or email you to verify that we have everything.

5. The design process begins.  You sit back and wait until we contact you.  This process usually takes about 7-14 business days.

6. When the first initial design stage is complete, we will send you an email with a link to test your new site.  You have 3 days to make notes about any changes you would like us to make. You then send us an email with your changes (if any), and we adapt the site to your modifications.

7. The second stage is now complete.  We email you and you again review the changes.  Make sure everything is as it should be.  If everything checks out ok, then email us back and let us know.

8. Immediately upon approval of your acceptance, you are to deposit the remaining 50% of your balance due. Once we receive the remaining balance, we will upload your site immediately.
